Back to Curves and other normal living

A lot has happened since the drywall entry.  I was able to start back at Curves last week.  I only got dizzy a little, on two of the machines.  The second day I took my adavert and it went better.  Last night I didn't take the pill, but I took it real easy on those two machines.

Some days I feel real good after Curves.  On others, I really hurt.  I think it has to do with osteoarthritis and the weather.  If we have high or low pressure my sinuses hurt, so I am guessing the arthritis works the same way.  So far I have kept my commitment to go Monday's Wednesdays and Fridays between 4 and 6 PM.  It is easier for me than trying to go in the morning as I like to do other things in the morning and was missing Curves altogether.

I discovered a website which will calculate the carbs/ fats/ calories etc and gives you a nice chart you can print out showing how close you are to goal.  It is not as easy to use as Weight Watchers, but then it is FREE, and WW does not give you anything but points.  I took the charts with me to my doctor visits and they both had heard of Spark People.com and were as pleased with the graphics (charts) as I was.

Well.  It is time to eat dinner and see what is left of the news.  I keep turning the air on colder and colder as the sun is on the front of the house now.  But it is six thirty and having the air on cold at six PM for the first time has got to be cheaper than having it on all day at 76 degrees.  Love that screen door.
